PPP decides to play active role in KP's tribal districts election

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) on Wednesday decided to play active role in the upcoming elections in the tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, Dunya News reported.

The decision was taken during a meeting in Islamabad which was jointly presided over by PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari. Matters pertaining to political strategy and election campaign were reviewed during the meeting.

The meeting was also attended by Farhat Ullah Babar, Nayyar Bukhari, Raja Pervaiz Ashraf, Syed Khurshid Shah, Raza Rabbani, Naveed Qamar, Sherry Rehman, Humanyun Khan, Akhundzada Chatan, Faisal Kareem Kundi and Sajid Toori.

The meeting also reviewed the future of the people of tribal area and the difficulties in the implementation of FATA integration. The meeting also decided to play active role in the tribal districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa during elections.
